My Role
The Challenge
In 2021, after the pandemic, the restaurant having to go in person to make a reservation is quite tedious, and phone calls are gradually becoming less popular, especially among the younger population.
In order to keep up with the restaurant’s growth and technology, the restaurant would like to give its customers a better experience by letting them manage their reservations from the comfort of their homes.
