I have experience in various sectors because of my time as a freelancer, I am very passionate about user-centred design and human interaction design.
I began my UX journey in 2018 and have since worked on a number of solo and collaborative projects. I take pride in the work that I do and in the long-term relationships that I’ve built with my clients and colleagues. I am a firm believer in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way! Explore my portfolio, and feel free to get in touch with any questions.

My Design Process
Empathize
Feeling the user’s pain. What exactly seems to frustrate them
take for instance; Users can’t send money to friends instantly”
Ideate
After the problem is clearly stated, you brainstorm ideas with various information gathering and analysis methods. As well as, ideation techniques. Whatever is necessary to come up with a minimum viable solution
Understand
It is one thing to empathise with the user but to what extent do I understand the problem e.g. You know people would like to send money instantly, but why? What happens when they dont? Is instant transfer the problem or being unable to help in an emergency?
Prototype
Based on the ideation process, theoretical solutions developed are built upon to acheieve a working prototype in either low or high fidelity
Define
Once you’ve made an effort to understand the extent of the problem, you clearly state the problem in clear definite statements such as “People need a way to instantly send money to friends and family from their devices at no cost”
Test
The developed prototype is then tested and valuable insights are gathered to either validate or improve the existing prototype
